If Windows Backup has you down, take a look at the slightly more powerful and considerably more elegant ZipBackup. ZipBackup's wizard provides a simple way to back up and restore files. It's flexible enough to support incremental and differential backups and can split files over multiple disks. ZipBackup offers a built-in scheduler, too, though we wish users could access it through the wizard, rather than the much more intimidating Explorer view. Advanced users will miss being able to set the degree of compression, but ZipBackup's modest memory consumption means the program runs unobtrusively in the background, and the common ZIP format ensures your backups are portable. All told, ZipBackup is simple enough for the home and powerful enough for a home office.

Good software features but horrible support.

Pros
Creates WinZip compatible backups, jobs can be scheduled, creates a log of files backed up and any errors encountered.
Cons
The developer does not return online support requests through his website or even emails directly to him. Cannot recommend a product with absolutely no support !
Summary
Good product if the demo does everything you need. If not, good luck getting a response from the developer.
