  They can make it design more attractive. It is not cons actually, its just an enhancement.

  only works like its supposed to on a pc

  don't honor their own refund policies, doesn't work on a mac with canon 5d mark ii videos (not supported yet) and they don't offer any realistic solutions. Terrible, beware!!!!

  Summary

  tried on a pc, it worked. bought for a mac, doesn't work, doesn't have the same features, misleading promo and HORIBLE customer service. Basically felt like i was being told "f off, we have your money". No way to reach a human.

  Worked out well for me. It was quiet slow but it did work.

  Pretty slow but not much of an issue.
