it is for xp but anyway when you run it asks windows 8

- you run it and it doesn't work if your system doesn't have the latest characteristics that sony requires: windows 8 at least......... so it is a waste of time to download it if you don't have the characteristics the sony page demands...... That is why I wrote the following letter to Sony... about their phones.........

- i am terrible disappointed with sony......... because the camera doesnt work........ and sometimes also the phone doesnt start ...... and you have to find a technician to solve it........ and if you know that your phones have many many problems ....... why can't you offer at least a pc companion to try to solve these problems???' because you ask the computer to be at least windows 8 ( xp like mine doesn't work with your system, with your phones....) then do i have to buy a new computer to be able to use your phones???? I guess that i prefer to buy a samsung because it is more reliable and doesn't give problems of different types as yours and because doesn't bother users with the operative system of the computers!!!!!!!!!!!!! because you SHOULD ASSHOLES OFFER A KIND OF SUPPORT FOR THE USERS THAT HAD THE BAD LUCK TO BUY YOUR PHONE AND FIND INFINITE PROBLEMS!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE???? there are plenty of options out there and yours are the worst of all of them..... it gets hot, it doesnt work, it boots, the camera doesn't work (for months and with no solution), and your pc companion is just for half of the users (for the ones with windows 8 at least).......... but having those many problems the phones of Sony should offer at least some support for the windows xp users....... or do you think that the world depends on sony???? i am going to put this feedback everywhere i go to let people know that noboby should buy a sony phone... it is terrible..........

- Works Great. I have used it for years with a W580i, C905, Xperia Play and Xperia Z3 compact. -You can soft flash the phone -Checks for firmware updates -My favorite part - I can text people using my PC. This is far easier vs using the actual cell phone.

- Every time I want to connect my Xperia Z, I have to uninstall and reinstall the programme. Even then, it usually fails to connect; and - yes - I do have all the settings correct on my smartphone. Smart, it isn't!
