Cons
It slows down the computer. Stopped the printer from working. Webcam no longer working. I have found this on many customer computers. All with problems.

Don't download. Remove if you already have installed it!

the progress bar gos strait to the middle of the bar you can obviously tell that it is not doing anything.

Where the F**k did it come from? without me noticing! You can tell that its not legit if it just comes with a program that you install. 600 something odd errors Hmm No i would rather spend 1300 on a new laptop if my perfectly fine Toshiba windows 7 with a Nvidia geforce graphics card and an Intel core i5 processor. Than using this SHIT OF A PROGRAM !

A really good registry program

Pros
What I really like about this utility is that it cleans AND optimizes. Most registry programs only clean but do nothing to tweak the registry to make your computer faster. I did notice a good bump in my PC speed and and am no longer getting error messages when I start my computer.
Cons
The program is not free, and I had to shell out $30.
Summary
All-in-all, a very good registry cleaner.

-Very fast. Scanned my entire registry in less than 5 minutes. -Seemed to fix quite a few errors. -My computer performance was noticeably faster as soon as I rebooted.
Cons
-Only scan is free, you have to pay to get the errors fixed. I don't mind paying for software that works so this is not an issue for me.
Summary
I was overall impressed with the performance of WinZip Registry Optimizer. While most programs on the net will just clean your registry, WRO cleans AND optimizes your registry keys for max performance. I would recommend to anyone with a slow PC.
Cannot cancel the SUBSCRIPTION

Destroyed several of my development tools, needing a reinstall and many wasted hours.
Summary
I stopped using this software months ago and emailed support to cancel the subscription. You CANNOT un-subscribe online. I now find that they have just taken another payment from my credit card for another 12 month subscription. I was not told before they took the money, only after. There are no phone numbers you can ring to get them to stop taking money. Emails are ignored. I really wish I could give this product no stars.
Doesn't work after one year.

You don't find out 'til a year later that it's a subscription.
Summary
It quit working after a year, you have to buy a subscription to get a new update. The old one does a scan then won't continue unless you pay for an upgrade. I have never noticed any difference after it fixed thousands of errors in my registry. So, I'm not going to pay an exhorbitant annual fee to see no difference on my system. I'll use freeware instead.

supposedly found 177 errors on my comp and offered to fix 15 for free

Has a &#163;29.95 yearly subscription (i hate programs that do that as if paying for it once wasn't bad enough !!) Could get it free if i joined and bought other programs i might like so i did that and two days later i still have no free winzip optimizer. Program will only fix 15 errors until you buy the full program and the 15 it fixes ONCE are of no real problem because after removing them my comp still has "poor performance" If you buy on trial pay like i did the webpage says trial pay pending check back in 5 mins 2 days later it says the same thing!! what a bloody rip off!
Summary
Is it worth the money well i have no idea because even after "getting it free" using trial pay i still have no e-mail,no code or anything else and the 15 "errors" it did fix for free to crap all !
One star gives this product too much credit.

Crashed and corrupted my entire system. Followed instructions completely. Now, I'm paying through the nose to have my computer restored to time before I attempted to install/use the program.
Summary
Wish I had seen these reviews before I tried. I do "normal" maintenance (disk defrag, clean up, etc.) on a regular basis but felt I was not getting optimum performance. Since I use Winzip for compressing files regularly and successfully, made the mistake of thinking this would also be a quality product. Run away from it as fast as you can!
Piggyback installation? Don't think so.
