patch- explorer "file does not exist" Can someone help me with this problem as i took ownership already and it cannot patch the file?

I have it 90% of the way done but came across a problem when patching the explorer file the patcher cannot find the file file does not exist when it is in the same folder and right next to the file with full ownership. If anyone has an idea email me @ zneumann_help_and_support@live.com I also looked at the file and found copyright details could this be the problem?
Most of it works as advertised.

I got part of it to work. Still trying to get through MiniWidth. So I have about 25 percent working so far. What I have to this point looks excellent.
Cons
I would have liked to be able to just start a setupexe file to dload it. Since Ive been having some problems installing anything beyond theme.

It's a nice theme and I like it. But you need Vista.glazz or TuneUp utilities for install

I'm not sure, adjacent the clock in the taskbar, there is an empty quarter - I don't know what it is - I don't like that, but it's small an most of the time, I ignore that. ;)

This product would not install correctly. Browsing under 'Themes' in Vista never displayed the correct Windows7 theme.
