Pros
There are three slider adjustable parameters, and a harmonic shape diagram. Together they let you experiment a lot in the conversion process. Additionally, you can play with the bend range. Between Intelliscore, Digital Ear, and Widi, the best result converting a guitar track with overdrive was with Widi.
Cons
If you expect transcription grade quality out of a sub $500 program, you must be dreaming. Even if you paid $1,000,000, you could not buy such a program. Computers can beat humans at chess, but they are nowhere as good as a first year music student at transcribing music, or converting it to midi. Heck, they can't even do two instruments at once.
