Watchdog - O - Matic for Windows

Crashing programs can, at best, be momentary a pain, but sometimes the effects are longer lasting. Watchdog-O-Matic offers users a way to keep these frustrations at bay.

This program gives you an intuitive and simple display that is easy to operate. Most newcomers will be able to set up the program without a visit to the Help menu. Beginning is as simple as opening a new Watchdog and selecting a program to monitor. From here, you can choose the scheduler to routinely monitor a program's health. There are also options for what to do when a program crashes, i.e., prevent its crash, shut it down, or restart the program.

We have few complaints with this program, since it is so simple to harness. Users must purchase the program in order to access the full range of options, but beyond that it was great. Please note we were not able to simulate a program crashing while testing Watchdog-O-Matic, so we can only hope the designers put as much effort into that aspect of the program as they did with its set up.
