Watch folders on your system and send regular email alerts when files are add, deleted, or changed.

Ever wanted to be notified when files are uploaded to or deleted from your FTP or shared folders? WatchThis is a Free Utility from Mi4 Corporation that will let you do that. WatchThis allows you to setup several Watch Jobs (called Groups). Each job will monitor one or more folders, and each job will send alerts to one or more emails that you specify.
