Despite some ease-of-use issues, this program helps you put a different face on your PC anytime you want. Wallpaper Cycler organizes your various wallpapers in categories, which the program will then cycle through at specified times. You can import any of your own images directly into the program, or create custom designs with the built-in gradient tool. You'll also find a list of links to popular image sites for obtaining even more shots to use as wallpapers. Operating this program wasn't the easiest thing we've ever done, as it takes a while to get the hang of where all the controls are and what they do. The Layout feature, which lets you create your collages from several different pieces of wallpaper, is a nice touch, but you'll definitely want to consult the help manual to grasp its possibilities. Still, folks who like to frequently change their wallpaper might find this program worth the time it takes to overcome the learning curve.
