I have been using Ace VPN for about 6 months and I should say its the best and fastest VPN I have used till now. Their service and support is simply great. I am recommending all my friends to Ace VPN. Keep up the good work guys.

Ace VPN is awesome. The speed is better than most vpn providers and the support is responsive. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them.

the website has no way to cancel your subscription without contacting them. they do not answer their support tickets. I sent 2 asking to cancel my subscription, and for a refund without a reply

None. Any pros are outweighed by the fact that you cannot contact the company in anyway, even to unsubscribe.

The service worked about 50% of the time for me. I decided within the first week that I didn't want the service, and that I would take them up on their 14-day refund. First of all, their website has no way to cancel your subscription without contacting them. Second, they do not answer their support tickets. I sent 2 asking to cancel my subscription, and for a refund without a reply. I'm now having to contact Paypal to dispute the charge, and I will have to monitor my account to make sure they don't try to continue to charge me as I cannot confirm if the subscription was cancelled.

Free 3 day trial. US and UK servers are the fastest VPN servers I have tried. Unblocks BBC iPlayer from Germany.
Cons
Free trial needs to be secured by a credit card. But I ended up keeping the subscription anyway, so that was OK. I guess they have to limit free trial access somehow.
Summary
One of the best, if not the best VPN services out there. I use it mainly to watch BBC iPlayer from Germany and have zero complaints. No buffering, just click and watch.
