Used ePassBook Password Repository for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Unlike other password managers, you can't store credit card, banking, or other account information. You can launch Web sites from the program, and copy username and password to the clipboard, but it's missing the time-saving autofill feature found in other online password managers. On the security side, the program's database is password-protected, but it doesn't include an autolock feature or option to clear the clipboard.
It also lacks a password generator, another fairly standard security feature. ePassBook Password Repository's limited feature set might suit newbies for simple online password management, but advanced users will probably want more security and functionality.
