This is a very common failure on the 650's and when this jack fails, it renders your Treo useless! Bypass will do its best to restore the normal operation of your Treo by routing all of your audio around the headset jack. There is no file to download or install.You must first purchase (or previously purchased) a license for VolumeCare before you can use this product beyond its 3 day trial period!Just install the Bypass License Key into into previously licensed copy of VolumeCare V5.22 or greater to unlock this feature set.
