Pros
The program has all the features you would expect, yet they are all integrated into a single non-interactive popup that comes up only when the volume is changed. It's a very good product with an intuitive interface.
Cons
Some programs stay in front of the volume indicator when full-screen and its transparency effect might glitch in some OS's
