Enter your name, birth date, height, and target weight to get started with VisualSlim. Record each day's weight in either pounds or kilograms and use a slider to select that day's nutrition, activity, and medication levels. The application uses that information to calculate your body mass index and predict your future weight. VisualSlim is easy to comprehend, with a clean interface, although the sliders are not intuitive. The simple line charts of weight, weight changes, and behaviors over time are visually uninspiring.
