  Does tell you a couple useful things (nothing unique though)

  There is actually no point to downloading this program since all it does is prompt you to make adjustments manually. There is nothing that this program does that a mediocre "Speed up vista" tutorial will do for you. This program is literally just a checklist for things that you can do to modify Vista.

  Summary

  Don't download it, it will just take up space on your HDD. Google "speed up vista" and follow a tutorial. It's highly likely that the first article you come across will even have more suggestions that this offers.
