Use nonstandard characters to type in your language.
This single small executable acts as a shortcut to users who would like to use nonstandard characters for their own language. Turkish comes as default which can simply be changed by creating a new text file with customized set of characters. (UTF-8 Encoding).

Cons
clumsy. First, it does not have an always on top option, so whenever you need it you have to go the the task bar. It also automatically minimizes itself when you click one of the buttons, so even if you have it side by side another window, you still have to go to the taskbar every time you need one of the characters. Also, instead of inserting the character, it copies it to the clipboard.
