Pros
Small install on the PC (<750KB) with a simple tabbed interface. Besides the backup/restore operations there's a basic library manager, an option for changing the USB drive's properties (drive label & autorun options), and Microsoft's Wireless Network Setup Wizard (I can't tell if this is part of the install or linking to the program already installed on my PC). Backing up 940MB took about 5 minutes.
Cons
The backup process appears to be nothing more than an XCOPY operation copying everything (hidden and system files included) to a directory (I was expecting an archive similar to a WinZip .ZIP file or TrueImage .TIB file). Since the backup is nothing more than copied files & directories it's vulnerable to casual browsing. This software could be better if it included some encryption or other form of data-privacy. The software doesn't recognize my USB drive's smaller "floppy drive" partition (for reference I'm using an Edge 2.0GB USB drive). Then there's the stigma stemming from the fact that it's a Microsoft product...no problems so far (knock on wood).
