Pros
Replaces the missing start tab for windows 8 and allows me to find my documents and folders etc from the top of my screen. The password generator tool is also helpful.

Pros
Easy to use. no need to remember passwords, address, bank numbers, nothing. uses encryption. Love the Passsword Generator Tool. Fast launch to websites with passwords already copied to clipboard is the BEST feature.
Cons
don't get yet how to use from flash drive. prefer a bit fewer popups
