Indicate CPU and memory usage.

The control has a concentric circle for each CPU core and changes color as that cores usage increase and decreases. The control can be positioned anywhere on the desktop with a transparent background such that other windows will appear through the control or can be on top of the control using the controls top most enable/disable setting. The control can show or hide text indicating the memory and CPU usage. The Color is selectable. The control can be zoomed. The control can be enabled or disabled. The control can appear on boot up and all settings are saved so that the next time the PC is booted the control will be in the state that it was last set to.
