• Simplified Payroll at its best.

  Pros

  Our company is not large by any means. However, Duoserve Time Flow allowed me to free up more of my time with all the wonderful features. My top favorite feature is the automatic earnings calculator. This is where Duoserve Time Flow allowed me to open up more time for my business, and save more on my bottom line by cutting back on accounting costs. Lets not forget the intuitive design, which makes it very simple to navigate through. Data back ups are crucial! Working in the web hosting business, we are constantly doing back ups to ensure data security should something fault. This is a prime feature I dont think should be overlooked when considering Duoserve Time Flow. In my general opinion, this software is well worth the $7.95 and with the costs you can save it certainly pays for itself.

• Seems like a great product but can't connect to server

  Seems like a great program if you can get it to work.

  Could not connect to the server even from the host computer with all firewalls off.

  Summary

  After I installed the client and server version the host computer, I could not connect to the server from even the host computer. Attempts from other computers were also futile. I ran through the troubleshooting process and opened ports 1434 and 58758, turned off Windows Firewall completely, attempted to connect automatically and manually still to no avail.

  Pros

  So easy to use and the reports are accurate. After using punch clock software from other vendors that kept giving us inaccurate results (especially with overtime) we tried timeflow. Our medical practive has grown over the last two years from 4 to over 18 employees. I just log in as the administrator, add the employee, their per hour rate and overtime rate and voila they are ready to punch in and out. Also because we use their online version I just download the software to any computer and all the reports are available. My office manager prints the reports and sends to our payroll provider. Love it.

  Cons

  won't work if your computer has no internet access. Understandable since we chose the online version ;-)

• A thorough time tracking solution

  Pros

  We ran the 30-day trial and the software worked great for us. We were able to fully test it in this period and decided to purchase it after for our 10 different computers. Payroll has become so easy to do - we just print the TimeSheet Detail report and hand it to our payroll person, and voila - everyone gets paid. We have previously ran two different systems similar to this one, but they had inaccuracies in reporting, so we decided to give a third one a try. Duoserve TimeFlow has become the perfect solution for our growing practice.

  the essential reports don't work!

  i installed this on every computer in a small office after I tested it on my own computer and installed it onto the server with the FREE download available here. However, the reports that you NEED to do payroll don't actually work. I continue to get errors anytime I try to view them. I thought it required more data, so I waited a week. But it still gives me the same input error. Any suggestions or feedback would be highly appreciated, because this program is useless without reports to track the time.

  User needs to capture his username and password every check. There are other ways in another software only enter his Employer Number. And more fast using a barcode card.
