Terrible Customer Service

- Giving it a two star since the product is usable. But it took awhile to work on it after so many adjustments and self study.

- The sales agent ignores you once you buy the product. You either make a lot of follow ups or just give up. Worst customer service experience ever.

- Totally useless. So many bugs and errors. Expensive and causes lots of grief. I don't understand how this is even made it in the Market? Who got this into the Philippines? Not worth the grief and expense... No support and technical teams?

- All in all this product is the worst payroll product i've ever used. If you want to advertise you got clients make sure that there PAYING clients not free use clients. Bunch of liars and cheaters. When is the customer support going to be on? I've called hundreds of times for customer support and the damn lady kept giving me useless advice? If your going to market or give a free trial to a product make sure that the product works!! Worst experience in my life. Never will I use Integra Payroll Master 3.0. Promising so much and delivering so little. Do not buy this product. The calculation database seems correct but there are errors. My accountant from SGV attested that whatever algorithm there running to calculate the w/h tax and forms are erroneous!! Will most likely cause long term problems for any user. I know the owners of the Jollibee franchises who are using the product and the employees are totally unhappy with it. There already looking for a new company to outsource their payroll to since this system is junk. Works nicely on the demo but performs totally different in actual. Free support = support you until you finish paying. Once you finished paying support ends.
Not for beginners and ony free for a 15 day evaluation.

- Not for a beginning user. It says the license is free but that is only for the evaluation period of 15 days. After that it is quite expensive to buy.
