  Pros

  TeleRec has lots of good features & options (email recordings, control user access to calls, comprehensive searching etc) and is really easy to set up (unlike some recorders i've tried). Call recordings are good quality with the gsm option really shrinking the file. The price is very good compared to others - i've seen products twice the price that do far less! The connector between the phone & the PC is really neat - nice & slim (some ones i've used are huge / ungainly). And its easy to connect as well. I'd certainly recommend giving it a go.

  Cons

  It would have been nice if it had some sort of charting facility for reports etc.
