Record registers, keep track of of test results, marks, extra hours, and lesson plans.

This Excel template allows you to enter your school calendar, timetable, and classes, then prepare blank worksheets to receive registers (including up to 10 metrics per child per lesson), marks for homeworks, tests and assignments and finally detailed lesson plans for each lesson. The lesson plan may be printed on A4 as evidence for inspecting bodies e.g. OFSTED. The power of the spreadsheet is that the first year's planning may be used in the next academic year and beyond surrounded by slightly different dates, so no reinventing the wheel! A number of other useful worksheets are also included e.g. how a class performed in a test, Extra Time supervision and a small laminated timetable. Full documentation included, both embedded and also as a separate Word document.

Pros
I like the idea that the lesson planning can be reused in the next academic year, so any detailed planning completed this year can be used against different dates for the same year group next year. I also like the idea of potentially recording different metrics against each class member for each and every lesson
Cons
I had to arrange for the spreadsheet to be loaded by our school network manager as I am not an authorised user of my school laptop - however once I tracked him down it was a quick operation and I am now running without any assistance.
