  Pros

TaskCracker is amazing! It helps me keep track of all of my tasks in one place, tracking their priority, without having to update many different tools. I've got around 300 different outstanding tasks at the moment, and I honestly couldn't keep track of them without this tool. Often items will come in last minute, and I needed something I could add to my workflow, without significantly changing the way I work. Flagging any message or creating a task "just works" - it's already part of my flow, and it immediately appears in TaskCracker's different priority boxes, showing how urgent or important it is.

  Cons

I guess the only real con would be the fact that this isn't natively available, and therefore requires you to pay :)
