It messed up all my files. It can't handle a file tree. So if you have more than one file to sync, stay well clear of it, it does not work!!!! What p... me off even more is that they automatically charged me for the service the following year. I did not use the service, but was charged a second time. Refund no way!!!!! Responding to my emails no way!!!!! Beware these are scamers Try: Dropbox, Skydrive, Sugarsync and there are many more that work and are honest too

Pros
This combines the editing, multi-user security, free storage and mobile features of Google Docs with the ease of use of a shared folder. Very simple to setup, yet has options not found in other products: one-way or two-way sync; select which subfolders to synchronize; place local synchronized folder on a network drive; mirror read-only permissions; convert to/from Google Docs format; continuous sync, manual or scheduled backup real-time; synchronize more than one Google Docs account, etc. The free edition allows syncing 250 files, which could be enough for many association boards' Google Docs sites, for example. And you get 250 more free files for each Google user you refer SyncDocs to.
Cons
Windows only. The unlimited version is $19.95 per Google user account you synchronize and per year (not a one-time purchase). I would consolidate some items on the system tray menu and redirect the desktop icon to something useful, to make the software even more intuitive and smooth.
