Editors' Review
Sync2 for Outlook helps you synchronize Outlook on multiple computers and with Google's calendars and contacts.
Pros
Easy to use: Once you have everything set up, you can let Sync2 for Outlook do all the work for you with automatic synchronization. By default, it's set to occur hourly, but you can also opt for weekly, monthly, or daily.
Streamlined interface: The small interface has just a few options, with the key features easily accessed through large icons at the top of the window. The settings are easy to understand and allow you to set the synchronization to manual or automatic and adjust the frequency.
Manual option: If you feel the need to sync right now, you can't miss the large Sync button on the main window.
Cons
Installation: You'll be asked to choose options during installation before you fully understand how everything works together. In some cases, a better explanation than the one-line description would be helpful for newer users. Also, you will need to go through the installation process on each computer you want to sync.
Bottom Line
If you frequently use more than one computer, Sync2 for Outlook can be a useful tool, especially since it also allows you to sync Google's calendars and contacts as well.
