Easy To Use & Setup! Provides a colorful old style launcher. Fairly Customizable. Useful little App.
Cons
Looks a bit outdated. It's certainly not eye candy.
Summary
I have had this on 2 systems. Still have it on 1. I really liked this app. It's easy to use and setup. Not a system hog. It stays hidden until you mouse over the start button. The only thing I didn't like about it, was that it looked more like win 95 than XP. I would have like to have had some corner options for the look & feel of the app. I would have chosen the nicer looking xp style for the app...ie rounded corners of the menu and a slightly rounded button. If I wasn't being so picky about the way it looked I would still be using it on my computer. I just wanted a launcher w/more of a modern feel. But I still have this on my kids system for their games. It keeps everything nice and organized for them. This is an excellent program. I really wished they would updated the look a bit. I would definitely put it back on my own system if they did.
Not My Cup Of Tea
SENSUAL24
Pros
It's ok if you like to look at very small icons.
Cons
When you add programs the icons are small, there is anoption to change the size of the icons, but the bigger you make them, the more space StartEx occupies and it takes over half the screen, that's when it becomes annoying.

Categorize and launch your programs easily.StartEx categorizes your apps into colorful groups which lets you launch a program immediately instead of wasting time searching in your big Start menu. This is why it is called StartEx. Unlike other normal app launchers, StartEx don't occupy any desktop space or system tray space. It hides at the top left corner of the screen most of the time. Once you need it, just move your mouse to the corner and a yellow button will appear. Clicking the button reveals a customizable drop menu. The menu contains your program icons which well categorized into colorful groups. You can customize the color of each category to your preference using the full Windows color palette, and also add or remove categories as needed. StartEx fully supports Drag&Drop. Adding a new icon is as simple as dragging it onto the menu, and you can also move items between categories in the same way.
