Seemed to work decently (not good, just decent) about half the time.
Cons
Doesn't always work, stalls, crashes program, crashes system. Repeated (over a dozen) emails sent to company with questions regarding product went unanswered. Absolutely no technical support what-so-ever (although it was promised). A huge rip-off. I am sorry I ever saw this product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!! We paid for the full product ($191.74) and found ourselves completely ripped off.

Good looking packet sniffer. But better freeware alternatives exist.

Installation program performed a *no warning* restart on a small production server causing chaos. Do not support a company that treats your pc in such a cavalier manner. Wasted hours of my time. Didn't work anyway.

Don't even start downloading! The manufacturer first promisses that the software is free to try but when you actually download the 3.3MB file, it starts telling you that the program will work in halfduplex only (outgoing traffic) and for a period of 30 days. I don't mind the 30 days but how the h$ll can you test crippled software? Bad for my mood, bad for the bandwith. Leave it alone.
