Holy virus and bloatware hell!!!!

- I have cable internet. I opened the program, ran the test, and got 9.71 mps. Thought that was low so I ran it again and got 13.72 mps. Over the next couple of minutes ran it several times and got readings of 19.14, 17.60, 19.47, 22.41. It seems as long as I keep the program open I get higher readings after the first low reading. But when I close the program and reopen it I get a reading of under 10 mps and subsequent readings range from low teens to low twenties.

- The Ask Expert button goes to a website that isn't working, but that's somewhat expected on a program that's 5 years old.

- Simple to use and returns clear results.
- Cons
- When unzipped creates a file called InstantHelp which is confusing. You can create a shortcut for the desktop but why isn't one included. As with many of these speed test software 'how accurate are the results'. This one seems to give conservative results ie a bit on the low side compared to others.

- If you want an easy to use speed test to put on your desktop you could do a lot worse. I use it to give me quick results but if it shows slow speeds I then check these with another speed tester.

- Ran scans quickly with no problems. During first boot I was able to select what I wanted to open files with. I set it Firefox and it just opened my results in a tab for me.
