Snarl for Windows

Snarl is a global notification system. Snarl works in a similar way to the balloon-style tool tips that appear from time to time in the system tray, however it doesn't take the keyboard focus away when displaying a notification, multiple notifications can be displayed at the same time and you can change the appearance of the notifications.
