Pros
This product seems to be safe, I have not encountered any ill effects yet, and it is very convenient. It is very simple to access and use, and it does offer some smilies not available on Yahoo messenger. I am keeping it on my computer.
Cons
I suppose if I had to list something bad about this product, it would have to be the icon you click to open it. It is not pleasing to the eye at all, and it bugs me. However, this does not in any way outweigh the pros.

What's not to like about this program? If someone can't remember all the emoticon codes that he or she uses, I can't think of any easier way to access them.

If you use messenger or a regular basis, and use smileys then you NEED this. Not only does it give you the standard smileys, as does the messenger, it also lets you access the hidden ones as well, long gone is trying to remember the codes or going to the hep site for the codes. ItÂ’s a god send!
