This PC Fax software makes it easy to send, receive, scan, broadcast, and organize faxes. The photo-realistic interface lets you fax from any Windows application. You can fax by printing, typing into the handy QuickFax interface, or by simply dragging a file over a picture of a fax machine that appears on your desktop. The Cover Page Editor lets you select from among several professionally designed cover pages or create your own. The Fax Editor lets you sign and annotate your faxes electronically. The Scan&Fax function lets you scan, annotate, and fax hardcopy documents or book pages. The notification and forwarding rules ensure that you don't miss another important fax ever again. Fax Scheduler lets you save money on long-distance rates by scheduling your faxes to be sent during off-hours. Outlook users can fax using their existing Address Book and Contacts lists. It supports Outlook groups for fax broadcasting. Incoming faxes will appear directly in the Outlook inbox. Other key features include multiple fax attachments, instant preview, and auto-printing of incoming faxes. With FineReader you will never have to retype another fax again.
