- Small file size with decent functionality. - Starts up quick and does what it says pretty well.
Cons
- Limited symbology. - Little or no support for common raster files. - No wheel or middle button support - Does not handle attempting to open unsupported files very well. Instead of an alert and ending of the operation, the program lags horribly.
Summary
This is a decent program for very basic GIS applications. I could see it as being helpful for shapefile creation with final map creation being conducted in a more robust program which has better support for attribute specific symbology.
