Sizer is a simple addition to Windows that does it's job flawlessly.

Nothing to dislike.
Summary
Sizer is a absolute requirement for anyone needing consistent window sizes. If you write business requirements, code software, or test applications Sizer should be in your tool box. Even if you just use a website that works best at a certain screen size this will make your life that must easier. I've used it for years across multiple versions of Windows and it's always worked perfectly.

Pros
Needed to be able to see what a web page would look like on varying screen sizes, and obviously changing my display resolution repeatedly wasn't an ideal option. This handy -- and FREE -- little app solved that problem intuitively and unobtrusively.
Cons
There's nothing to dislike. It just works, period.

Summary
Choose and standardize window sizes on desktop. Setup 2 or 4 windows to completely fill large screen monitors. Setup window size to accommodate tiered arrangement. Setup window size to display all content of a web page without using excess space. Would be convenient if the ability to define offset between consecutive windows were available.
