- Sizer is a absolute requirement for anyone needing consistent window sizes. If you write business requirements, code software, or test applications Sizer should be in your tool box. Even if you just use a website that works best at a certain screen size this will make your life that must easier. I've used it for years across multiple versions of Windows and it's always worked perfectly.

- Needed to be able to see what a web page would look like on varying screen sizes, and obviously changing my display resolution repeatedly wasn't an ideal option. This handy -- and FREE -- little app solved that problem intuitively and unobtrusively.

- Choose and standardize window sizes on desktop. Setup 2 or 4 windows to completely fill large screen monitors. Setup window size to accommodate tiered arrangement. Setup window size to display all content of a web page without using excess space. Would be convenient if the ability to define offset between consecutive windows were available.
