Pros
Straightforward design.
Cons
It did not create a complete sitemap. My site has a number of major sections, all accessible via the main page and most heavily interlinked. SMB.NET found fewer than half of the pages, requiring the remainder to be added to the map manually. If it's not going to produce a complete map, there's not much point to using it.

Creates a sitemap that allows you to tweek the xml in the application before saving the final file.
Cons
Does not support "base" html tags. Very annoying.
