  Only allows a single backup in a directory Chat support is dangerous as staff is so under trained they will tell you to destroy years of data. Lack of quality control cost me 5 years worth of data Features are largely busted and do not function properly. What's worse, the broken features can damage your data.

  Summary

  This is quite possible the worst piece of software I've ever paid for. The company makes it clear that the only person there that gives a crap about you is your sales person so only talk to him/her. Everyone else will lie to you. The software sounds good on paper but after spending weeks entering data because their import utility messed up my data I started to discover that the advertised features did not function as advertised. What's worse, I was told by support that use of some of the advertised features would result in damage to my data. The updates are not propperly tested and the most recent one (the one that totally destroyed my data) required me to turn off UAC, anti virus and firewall. To be clear, there is no reason for a modern piece of software (anything released in the last 5 years) to ask you to turn off UAC. This is an indication of extremely poor programming. Do not trust SAGE. Don't make the same mistake I did. It may be cheap up front but it will waste so much of your time and money fixing it's ongoing problems that it's not worth it.
