  Pros

  It was really easy to install...and uninstall.

  Cons

  Wouldn't run at all. When you start the program you just hear a windows error sound and then nothing happens.

  Don't waste your time like I did.

  Pros

  Easy to install. You get intercommunication fast. Better for two way intercom rather than just one side (receiving) communication.

  Cons

  the Payment-Registration-Password process is cumbersome. Don´t expect next day results. Cumbersome management of profile-definition-file versus data capturing files.

  Summary

  Slow registration but good human support. If you wish to get text data and analzye them with, let´s say Excel, this tool is no going to be useful. It won´t even let you copy from screen.
