ScreenTabs is a unique implementation of the 'virtual screens' (virtual desktops) concept where each 'virtual screen' is represented by a tab with user-defined color. Thanks to auto-hide and semi-transparency support the screen content is all the time readable and accessible where just minimum of the screen content is occupied by the tabs. ScreenTabs allows to organize windows logically on user created tabs to unclutter screen content and TaskBar. Switching 'virtual screens' is very easy and intuitive by clicking on a tab or by user defined hot-keys. There are many different tab styles available making the ScreenTabs fun to use. It is very easy to apply a new style - just select a style from a preview list in settings window and click 'apply'. The ScreenTabs software supports multiple monitors where each computer monitor has its own tabs that multiply the monitor screen estate. Windows can be copied/moved between tabs as well as drag & drop operations are supported between 'virtual screens'. It is possible to assign launch items to each tab. Screen Tabs software allows users to run many applications simultaneously without getting lost in the number of open windows. Users can logically organize the work (or fun) to different tabs so that just limited number of windows for the given tab is showing on the screen while all the others are hidden.
