  Pros

  I bought a Fujitsu Scansnap S500 a while ago. It's a great piece of kit and has moved with me from country to county and computer to computer.

  Cons

  Fujitsu want you to upgrade. They will not provide good support. When Window 7 came out they only released drivers after a huge delay and lots of protects on blogs. They won't support Window 8. So if you are are personal user, expect Fujitsu to want you to fork out for their latest scanner when things change.

  Summary

  Terrible support from an arrogant company that wants to extract regular amounts of money from you. Pity
