The collection is divided into 6 categories: Control Panel, Desktop, Explorer, Internet, System and Windows Programs. Use Registry Editor to apply most tweaks. Note: This is an offline edition of SafeTweak XP Knowledge Base, but it only contains 134 safe tweaks (each category is limited to 5 pages only). Version 3.2 redesigned user interface.

08/16/06 Unzips the following files to your hard drive: EULA.txt, Readme.txt, stxpr.chm, stxpr.hta, stxprico.ico, stxprrun.exe, uninst.exe, What's New.txt - if you run stxprrun.exe it just pops up another useless window with html - which does absolutly nothing. A waste of time!

Lots and lots of things you can change.
Cons
No wizards, no suggestions, poor help file. It'd take 30 mins to go through all of the options one by one and just select the ones you like.
