Works great!
whocoulditbe- Pros
- Make your own binaural beats and/or music to play until you tell it to stop. Nicely minimizes to a tray icon.
- Cons
- Not enough frequencies to chose from. My speakers go down to 20 Hz and I wanted to try the Schumann resonances of 20.8, 27.3 and 33.8 Hz.
- Summary
- Gaps between of 4-7 Hz on C# binaural tone off earth frequency 272 Hz induced a relaxing dream state (aided by thunder, wind, and jungle sounds, and lowered pitch human tones and wind pipes.) This is good because before I could not remember nor feel my REM sleep without this constant binaural tone all night. This pulled me out of my consistent deep sleep and my needs dropped drastically back from 12 hours to only 6! Staying in bed more than 8 hours now feels pointless. Thank you.
Exceptional software!
avern- Pros
- Full of great features...
- Cons
- None that I can think of...
- Summary
- This software is amazing and FREE! The interface may seem a little non-intuitive at first, but have no fear. Just click on the bottom left-most button/icon (it's a question mark for help) and then choose the guide/manual for easy-to-understand instructions.
Exactly what I was looking for!!
CMBarton80- Pros
