  Pros

  It is free.... nothing else.

  Cons

  Nothing more than a contacts list with notes and other very minor and limited functionality. No flexibility. No ability to carry out and extrapolate data for analysis. Very poor application even all though it is free.

  Summary

  I have just tried to implement REFLECT for a small Social Enterprise Company for use within the Marketing Department. Read the spec for the app, and it "seemed" to be fit for purpose. Painstakingly put together all customer contact detail in a CSV file and uploaded it in to REFLECT. Started trying to use it as a true CRM app', and find that it is nothing more than a fancy contact, notes and events list app. OK, so it is free, but it is as much use as a chocolate coffee pot for true business requirement. You can't add to the limited industry field data sets etc, and, you can do NO Customer type analysis etc. Verdict... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME AND EFFORT on this app, as it is virtually useless. I now have a full Excel Spreadsheet for Customer analysis, and use MS Outlook for contact lists, e-mail bulletins, event and calendar management. C. Ferrier MIET MCMI I.Eng MPMI ...   No calendar - so seriously what is the point Added event through the event manager and linked it to the contact - but it did not show up on the contact Tried to add event through the contact screen - would not give me a simple calendar app but asked to put the date in a certain format and never accepted that format - so really what is the point of releasing an app without testing it

  Pros

  It imports Outlook contacts although none of the notes. Individual sections (account, contacts, lead, to do, etc) can be exported as a PDF. You can have multiple users in the database.

  Cons

  No calendar to sync 'to do' tasks with. Only backs up information into .dat files. Doesn't import any notes from Outlook. Cannot tag different files to organize into groups. 'event' tab, where you can track your contact with a customer, is not working. It would not let me save anything in events section (from either within the events tab in a file or the main events button). Kept saying the date and time entered incorrectly. Since being able to track interaction with a customer is crucial for most people using a CRM, not being able to use this feature will make this program useless for most people The link between the 'account' record and 'contact' record isn't very strong. It isn't possible to open the account and see all of the contacts associated with it; you have to click on a drop down menu to see which are associated. I could not get it to export a csv file although the description above says that is possible. I even went to the support forums but couldn't find any help there.
