Pros
1- Software is simple 2- can recover while it scan 3- can preview item before I recover 4- very fast and reliable
Cons
1- license is little bit expensive 2- you cannot multiple select folders to restore (but you can select the whole drive to restore) 3- when restoring you cannot browse or search another file.
Summary
I have Iomega ix4 HDD, installed 4 HDD as raid 5 with 6TB of data, suddenly Raid failed and cannot access my data I searched in google for tool to recover data and I ended with ReclaiMe File Recovery + Free RAID Recovery it recovered all my data within 4 days. all i needed is to download the program to one of my desktops then i mounted my 4 HDD and scan. (you need to purchase license.)

I'd say simply MAGIC!!! 2 disks, RAID 0. Everything seemed to be lost...but no! With ReclaiMe everything came up again! I'm talking about gigas of videos up again and running. That's fantastic!!!

Pros
This was the only software I found anywhere that could recover data from a Storage Space (built into Windows 8). I had 15tb of data that was set up in parity (so I thought I was ok!) but one day windows decided that it no longer wanted to see it as a drive and I lost everything! This software truly was a lifesaver bringing everything back. To make things even better, I only purchased the licence to recover videos and images but noticed that it wouldn't recover .ts files, which are videos. I emailed support to ask if they would consider including this format and they emailed me back within the hour with a new key that included that format. Can't get much better support than that!
Cons
Nothing as far as the software is concerned, but the licence price can be a bit high if you want to recover more than just images and video.
Summary
If a Storage Space of yours has failed, look no further - this software helped me out and I'm sure it will help you to. Don't have a Storage Space issue? I can't provide any information on how well this works for anything else, but I'm sure it will be just as amazing.

Pros
I used this to recover 3TB of photographs from a dead Buffalo Terrastation where the operating system had failed but the photographs were still intact. This is common with terrastations and the use of RAID 5 means you cannot simply plug in a hard drive and recover the data. I used Reclaime and the free optional raid recovery. It took 4 days to recover the raid parameters and allow access to the data and another 2 days to save all my photographs on another hard drive. The software was easy to use and good instructions are provided on the reclaime website.
Cons
No real problems. Its very slow but that's a function of computer capacity and data transfer which is nothing to do with the software. I was nervous about sending money to companies I had never heard of but in the end I was able to do this through paypal with the transaction taking place on paypals website and not the software companies server so it was as secure as you can get on the internet. Certainly more secure than buying an "investement product" from a high street bank ! ;o)

can't buy it securely their online order form failed with an expired security certificate... I contacted their support ... and their support is not their greatest asset.

this was the dialog.... --Your online order form fails when clicking the yellow continue button -- If you retry now, is the problem still there? Do you have any specific error message for us? -- (Problem remained) The security certificate for the site fails!! Is there any place with a real payment system that will allow me to pick up your software... (suggested the most common pay sites) the site and the form you have online is... lets call it not really trust inspiring. --Unfortunately, no. I suppose you keep your money, we keep our software. ================================== So I kept my money. There is no info about this company anywhere on the net.

Pros
I had the Kingston memory card with a bunch of my wedding photos. For no apparent reason the card stopped working and even could not be read by my PC. I tried Reclaime and ...it worked!

I did not encounter any problems with this tool.

Actually, I'm not a very tech savvy person, but this was so easy to use Reclaime - I clicked one button and saw the photos. I would recommend this program to anyone who encounters problems recovering their photos.
