  Pros

  Works on Windows 7 (some I tried crashed my system), easy to use.

  Cons

  Didn't understand the activation process until I read it for the second time. It might just be me though : )

  Summary

  Very good product, recovered my files quickly and they were ready to use. If I hadn't taken out 10 minutes to use this product I would have been filming another day which would have cost me hundreds. Top product and great support

• Recovered files from old operating system install

  Pros

  deep scans were able to locate and recover thousands of files and videos i thought were gone after a new operating system was installed. Incredibly useful tool, excellent value for money unlike other data recovery tools i have used.

  Cons

  nothing to mention, program performed all actions as it stated, looking forward to the new version.

  Pros

  Can recover lost data that was thought lost for good. The free trial is useful because you can see what can be retrieved before you buy it. This helped me to choose from 3 software titles. The first 2 could not find my deleted photos.

  Cons

  I had problems with the unlocking/activation of the software at first, but the team were in touch with me within half an hour to help me through it.

  Summary

  Good product, slightly fiddly activation procedure but the support was fantastic and the results were exactly what I wanted, all of my pictures from the last 18 months recovered. I can't thank these people enough.

  Downloaded this to recover some pictures, I downloaded it because of the review I had read. but reading between the lines... read on

  Downloaded this to recover some pictures, I downloaded it because of the review I had read. but reading between the lines THE REVIEW IS FROM THE MAKERS OF THIS APPLICATION !!!!!.... It made my System Crash then upon further google searching of the company what a joke !!!!!

  Pros

  It was the only software that could find the photos that I had deleted by accident the day before. Other software located the images but they were corrupt. The handy live preview in r3cover gave me the confidence that this could do the job.

  Cons

  Quite expensive.
