Techscheduler's weakness and power is its complex options. Novices will find this program difficult to learn. The program lacks both a job-creation wizard and action-recording capability. Advanced users will find settings for most possibilities. Techscheduler even allows you to use FTP to remotely update schedules and create jobs. We found especially powerful Techscheduler's logical retry of failed jobs.

This nifty application automatically runs scheduled programs and commands, but doesn't allow users to record actions. Techscheduler's user-friendly interface features standard Windows dialogs and menus. The software flexibly schedules program repetition, time of execution, and completion notification.

All user levels should give this program a try. Novices will find the power available in schedulers but may be unable to overcome the high learning curve. Advanced users who love programs they can minutely configure will find this program a dream.

Decent product no support

Pros
When the system works it works pretty well.
Cons
Couldn't get a response from support (we bought 10 licenses) to emails and they don't take phone calls. System would corrupt and became unusable.
Summary
Make full backups, not depend on the saves that the system allows, they are generally corrupt or don't work. There is some flaky stuff that happens within the schedule where stuff just stops working for no reason. If it worked this would be a great product but it's not ready for primetime yet.
