  I've used this for a few years now to back-up my DVDs for use on my PSP and Gizmondo (yes, I'm the guy who actually bought one of those). I find this software intuitive to use and the output is good quality.

  Looks nice. Easy to use.

  Not enough features. Audio came out choppy. Took twice as long as most others I have tried because this one rips it then encodes it and takes about 1:1 ratio for each. So if you copy a 5 minute video it takes 5 minutes to copy, then 5 more to encode. Crashed several times on me. While ripping the DVD it kept saying it had to restart itself for who knows what reason. I am gonna keep looking for a better program.

• Simple to use, inexpensive, and it works!

  Pros

  The user interface is straight forward, simply designed and user-friendly. The steps to conversion are easy to follow. I was able to install it, purchase a license, and start using it in minutes. I even used an unpaid email address (hotmail) with no problem. I can't verify customer service, but so far I have not needed any. As of now, I've converted 2 of my DVD movies and played them on my Dell Axim. Good sound quality and picture quality.

  Cons

  This is not really a con, but something to look out for if you have a problem. I reinstalled my OS a while back and hadn't gotten around to installing the DVD playing software. If you don't have it installed it won't work. It only took a second to figure it out but there was not a message to inform the user that that was the problem.

  after 2 days it stopped working and then I couldnt get the correct key. redownloaded many times and then the company stopped sending the unlock key which was a pain. still not working

  Pros

  I have been using this for days. Yes Days, and I know that it is not long, but I have tried about everything else on the market from here to Palm. <p>The best thing is that it is easy and it works. I tried the hard way. Ripping the DVD with something else, converting to a smaller format, and syncing it with the Axim. Hassle, and it worked most of the time. This one worked, although only 5 minutes, the whole time. It steps you through the process and then starts the sync and convert. <p>I hate spending too much on software, and especially for a pocket device. But if you are like me and want to do more than mail, you may want to pop for this. <p> <p>I got this for one reason. I go on business trips and want some entertainment while sitting in the airport or on the train. With a powercord and some headphones, with my 1 gig card I can watch several movies, read email, and play Snails and never break a stride. <p> <p>Now if I could hook this up to my Tivo, I would be set...

  Cons

  You may have to understand what your machine can handle. Other than that, it is the best thing going. Must Buy
