• It is spyware!

  Pros

It probably does a good job stealing data from your PC.

  Cons

  It's spyware.

  Summary

I attempted to install PingPlotter on February 3, 2013. Not only did it NOT install, but "Coupon Companion" -- a known malware -- DID install.

• Excellent - does everything it claims!

  Pros

The on-screen display's are so well done that it works without needing any special knowledge. Snapshots of the results are automatically saved and there is an option to save the history as an image (PNG) or text. It enabled me to get my IPS's (Pacbell) attention and resolve a very long standing problem.

Don't know what the other guy's problem is. This program works great. You can see right where the problem is, save off an image and email it to the ISP that has problems.
