Run desktop TV in the background on your Windows PC.

pd-DesktopTV is a small Desktop TV that you can have on your computer. It has three channels with six tunes per channel. It will place an icon on your desktop if you choose. You can also place an uninstall icon in the start button or program directory. Complete instructions on how to operate this program are accessed from a help button in the program. Just click on the pd icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
