Pros
Light, easy to use and very useful for a free program.
Cons
Can't export to .pat files (or I still didn't see how).
Summary
Great program for everyone who loves design and cannot afford paid programs.

Pros
Makes it possible to design repeating patterns more quickly and intuitively than in non-dedicated programs, i.e. Photoshop etc. Easy to learn if you are familiar with other graphics programs
Cons
Doesn't remember your settings (last folder opened, size of document); always reverts to default.
Summary
Despite small annoyances, well worth having.
