• Flexible time tracking software with payroll support

 Pros

We needed online time tracking or time sheet software that supported our payroll system (Paychex), and was easy to use for both our part time and exempt employees. Pacific Timesheet supports regular, overtime, vacation, and other leave types, and allows us to have different work and leave policies for different groups of employees. Time-off requests are very useful and help us manage paid time off.

Pacific Timesheet also has support for light project management, so our engineering groups can use the software for more than just tracking their time.

Their reports are customizable and very flexible, and they integrate with our HR system, too.

They offer both a self-hosted product as well as an online service. We chose the latter, but it is nice to know we can migrate to a self-hosted version if we so desire in the future.
